How to store Onion & Garlic in the pantry?This was a question for me for a long time and finally I found a solution.Earlier I used a small rack on the pantry top & stored onion & garlic there.My idea was that onion & garlic need to be stored in open air. But the look of it was always annoying me.It didn't look neat at all.The skins of garlic were falling on the pantry surface always.
After searching & experimenting,finally here is my way of storing them.It is so easy.

Today my blog turns into 2 years old. Though it is still 2 years old, I feel like I am blogging from many years. This blog has become a part of my life. Before 2 years ago, I just started this blog to share recipes in details. At that time, I already had my facebook page and it was becoming popular. But when I think of today, I spend more time on Food Corner blog than Food Corner facebook page.

Chop Suey is popular as a Chinese dish. However Chop Suey (Chopsi) has become a popular dish among Sri Lankans. Most of the time, we are able to buy this in Chinese restaurants in Sri Lanka. It is a collection of different vegetables and a good recipe to empty the fridge in a weekend. Vegetable Chop Suey well goes with a fried rice, deviled chicken and chili paste.
